We were provided with a thorough report which included explanations of issues found, and recommendations on how to fix each item on the report. Micah of AG Home Inspections was recommended on my neighborhood's Next Door Site. He was running a deal for $350 and was accredited, so I hired him. I had him out to inspect the home i'm buying yesterday. He was very polite and professional and went above and beyond to do me a favor. He also already provided the full 46 page report.
